I did it! My 3 long years of transitioning is finally over.

My transition ended on 7/26/11 and I am sooooooooooo VERY relieved. I was grinning like a goof ball the entire time while snipping away at those ends haha.. My hubby kept giving me these strange looks lol It was so funny. I had to detangle and put my hair in 2 strand-twist before chopping because if I tried cutting any other way I would have most certainly butchered my hair. I got most of the relaxed ends off but while shampooing I found more and so I continued… Continue

Uh-oh staph infection

I guess one of the hazzards of beach living is staph infections. My son has one on his arm so we are grounded from the ocean until it heals. It sucks because it has been so hot here in the Islands and a dip in the water would be heaven. But I need my little guy to get healthy so he is playing next store with the neighbor kid.
My mom will be making the journey here in August and I cannot wait for her to see my new life. I am living away from my family with my own little…
